A familiar starting point
Some cups of tea are simply a pause in the day. Others feel connected to something bigger: a place, a conversation, a familiar flavour. Tea Tease starts with that second feeling. It brings cultural inspiration to the everyday comfort of English Breakfast tea, without asking you to turn making a cup into a complicated occasion.
Behind the brand is Michael Victoros, a Greek Cypriot born and raised in the UK. The first blend, Greek Tease, brings those influences into the same cup. Its ingredients are straightforward: black tea, cinnamon and cloves. The idea is just as clear. Take flavours people cherish and make them easy to enjoy in a tea bag.
The little tease
Black tea gives Greek Tease its familiar starting point. Cinnamon and cloves bring the warming spice. Together, they create a blend inspired by Greek and Cypriot tea traditions, with the everyday ease of an English Breakfast brew.
That is what the word ‘tease’ means to us: a distinctive cultural twist on something you already know. You can meet it with curiosity, or recognise something you have been missing. Either way, you do not need special equipment or a whole new routine. A cup, a tea bag and freshly boiled water are enough to begin.
Recognition, one cup at a time
Greek Tease received a one-star Great Taste award in 2024 and again in 2025. We are proud of both years of recognition. They are part of the story of this blend, alongside the quieter moments when someone makes their first cup or shares a tea bag with a friend.
Awards can introduce you to a tea. Your own cup is where you decide how you like it. Brew Greek Tease for three to five minutes, then enjoy it black or add milk to taste. If you prefer a little sweetness, make that part of your ritual too.
A story with another chapter
Greek Tease is the beginning of our journey through tea cultures. The next chapter is Somali Tease: black tea with cinnamon, cloves and cardamom, inspired by Somali tea culture. It is coming next, with availability and launch news shared through our social channels.
For now, the invitation is simple. Make a cup of Greek Tease. Notice the aroma as it brews. Take a moment for yourself, or put on enough water for someone else. Tea Tease is built around a founder’s straightforward promise: enjoy your tea the way you love it.
